Reservations
Submitting a booking request through our website does not guarantee a reservation. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by brook-cougar. A booking is only confirmed once you receive written confirmation from us and, where applicable, payment has been received.
Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are per person unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your booking is the price confirmed at the time of booking confirmation.
Payment
Full payment is required to secure your booking unless otherwise agreed. For group bookings of four or more participants, we may accept a deposit with the balance due before the tour date. Payment methods and specific terms will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled tour time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled tour time are not eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled subject to availability. No-shows are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
Changes and Modifications
brook-cougar reserves the right to modify tour itineraries, routes, and activities due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will endeavour to provide alternative arrangements of equal value. Material changes to your booking will be communicated to you as soon as possible.
Participant Responsibilities
Participants are responsible for:
- Arriving at the designated meeting point at the specified time
- Wearing appropriate clothing and footwear for the tour type and weather conditions
- Informing us of any health conditions, mobility requirements, or dietary restrictions that may affect their participation
- Following the instructions of tour guides at all times
- Behaving in a manner that does not endanger themselves or other participants
Limitation of Liability
brook-cougar, its employees, and its guides shall not be liable for:
- Any injury, illness, death, loss, damage, or expense arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control
- Loss or damage to personal belongings during tours
- Delays or changes caused by weather, traffic, or other external factors
- The actions or omissions of any third-party service providers
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
