While we welcome visitors, we recommend scheduling an appointment to ensure a team member is available to assist you. The building is accessible via steps at the main entrance; please contact us in advance if you require alternative access arrangements.
Most tours do not depart from our office. Meeting points vary by tour type and are communicated in your booking confirmation. Common starting locations include the Royal Mile, Waverley Station, and St Andrew Square.
